Great breakfast sandwiches and very fast service! The owners of this restaurant originally owned Bagel Bin on Reisterstown Road where the Planet Fitness and Big Lots are now located. The food is very consistent and always good. It's also great to call ahead and just run in and pick up your order. I've had some of their Korean dishes too. If I want Korean food, I'd rather go to Shin Chon or another Korean BBQ place.

My friend and I went there for breakfast...the food was good, but we saw a baby roach crawling on the table. We freaked and ran out of the restaurant!!! We'll never go back there again!!!!

Great for breakfast and lunch. Well made sandwiches, delicious tsam wraps. Service is quick and friendly, ambiance is nice and quiet- a nice place to sit and enjoy a sandwich. The restaurant and bathrooms are clean. The bread is fresh. The Korean beef barbeque lettuce wraps are my (and my girlfriend's) favorite. Wish they delivered.

This place has a good breakfast menu and is a good local substitute for ihop. I don't really get anything except breakfast food here so I can't comment on their other food but the owners are friendly and the service is decent. Sometimes it can get really busy, especially weekend mornings, and in that case the tables are sometimes dirty. Overall a good place to get breakfast though!

I really don't like this place, but i keep giving them a chance My best friend is Korean I've had real deal Korean food This ain't it Plus, Rolling Rd/Rt 40 has tons of GREAT Korean food The only saving grace is the bagels are decent But, Pikesvile places are better I get everything bagel, toasted, cream cheese, pepper, onion, tomato. Hard to screw up. I live in OM New Town As a resident, i wish we had a sports bar/pub We have the Green Turtle, but it's far enough away that you have to drive, and it is kinda corporate, loud, young, etc This place would be perfect I can tell you most of my neighbors would walk there for grub on a regular basis I don't hope they go out of business, but the places that have opened here haven't stayed long If they do go under,i hope it's replaced with a cool, cozy little pub Oh yeah, i make and LOVE good Kimchi Theirs is decent I asked them if i could buy a big batch, and they flat out said NO And i have seen them fill up the little containers They have this huge plastic bin filled to the top Not cool

I just want to start off by saying THIS IS NOT NEW TOWN CAFE..New Town Cafe' was closed and was in operation for about 10 years it was one of the most notable bagel bakeries in the Owings Mills Area. You didn't just go there for the food (which was always great and way better than "tsam" or whatever the new owner to this new restaurant has named the place) but you went for the friendly staff and familiar faces, not to mention excellent service. I remember lines out the door when I'm around town and I drive by this place it's never anyone in there, it's dirty, they don't clean the soda machines, the bathrooms, they don't move or wipe down anything properly, the grills at the old cafe were cleaned with lemon juice and ice that's it these guys don't clean at all or use chemicals it looks filthy, they also don't use the oven in the back so they don't make their own bagels anymore. I would think and looks twice for other real delis.

This is my regular breakfast spot. I have never been disappointed with the breakfast. I must admit I never had anything from their lunch menu. Usually I call ahead and my order is ready upon my arrival. The owners/staff are very friendly.

I have been here several times over the years. Today i tried again and was disapointed again. If you want a bagel they're very good but breakfast is very low end" got a spanish omelet ad it contained ice cold salsa and huge thick slices of jalpenos ice cold also ..ah no ... Skip this place unless you just want coffee and a bagel.

As someone mostly unfamiliar with korean food I enjoyed going in here and grabbing Tsam. It's a really great dish and my girlfriend and I frequently go there just to grab the Tofu rice bowl version of it. They give you a good sized portion of it and it's always hits the spot. My girlfriend and I also a big fan of their kimchi, of which you can buy as a side dish if the amount they include in some of their dishes don't satisfy you. Don't get me wrong, though, while they're highlighting Tsam (through the name change from New Town Cafe to Tsam) they don't offer much else in the way of korean or other asian food. It's still mostly an american style deli. I'm hoping they add more korean dishes to their menu as that sort of thing is sorely lacking around Owings Mills. Side note: As someone who lived in Japan for a little while I was thrilled to see that they also offer Omurice (omelet with rice), it's been years since I was in Japan and I used to eat it religiously there. It didn't disappoint! Also, the young man that often works there (I believe he's the son of the family) is very friendly and helpful.

I've only been here a couple times so far, but I am lovin' it! (Sorry, McDonald's). As a lover of both American and Korean fare, this place is a perfect go-to lunch spot to satisfy my variety-inclined belly. It's a bit of a strange concept to fuse an American deli and breakfast menu with Korean dishes (the concept is fusion, but the individual dishes are not) but it works for me. The Korean menu is not meant to be extensive by any means, but I think they chose dishes that are quickly prep'able, relatively cheap, and suitable enough for palates that have not fully explored the crazy wonders of Korean cuisine. So far, I have tried the breakfast platter, pork "D-Bob" (spicy marinated pork cooked with kimchi and served with rice), Omu-rice (fried rice topped with a plain omelette), Japchae (stir fried clear noodles with veg.), and the BTT sandwich (bacon, turkey, tomato, avocado, cheese, lettuce). Yes, that was in two trips... lol (one was shared). I enjoyed all of them, the Korean dishes especially were very flavorful. I wouldn't say any of the dishes were excellent, top notch cuisine, but as a quick, convenient, fairly cheap bite to eat (and especially considering there are no other Korean restaurants in the Owings Mills area that I know of), Tsam is perfect! PS- Oh and apparently, they deliver, too!
